HAVING AN EVENT OR FUNDRAISER??
To request space for an event or have a fundraising event at COHS, there are three steps** you must complete.  

  1. Check the church main calendar to be sure something isn’t already scheduled, or that there would be an inconvenient overlap of programs. Click here to check the church calendar.
  2. Use the Facilities Use request form to submit your event for review and have it added to the calendar.  Your event is not confirmed until you hear back from our Administrator, Karen Work – 215.234.8020. If your event is a Fundraiser, be sure to download and read the Fund Raising Guide and also fill out our fundraising application form.
  3. Finally, fill out the LITC articles and Thank You’s form so that your event will be listed in LITC.  This submission must be 65 words or less
  4. **This step is optional – if you would like your event to go into the monthly Spiritus newsletter, please go to our Spiritus Submissions form and put your information in there.  You may expand using more than 65 words for this submission.
